Matt is an experienced project and operational manager with skills in identifying opportunities for emissions reduction and implementation of emission management plans.

Karen is an experienced business analyst, bringing knowledge from the energy industry, particularly in decarbonisation and the emissions trading scheme. Karen has a keen focus on project administration, business reporting, building operational excellence, and data analysis as well as working with industry to identify opportunities, insights, and deliver solutions.  

Mark is a project and sustainability professional with a good knowledge of construction and project management processes in managing infrastructure projects and medium scale commercial builds and is experienced in working with public entities. Mark is a graduate level architecturally trained professional with a passion for addressing carbon impact through better building design, low carbon material choices and circular economic strategies.

Rohith is an experienced engineer with a graduate qualification in Water and Wastewater Systems Engineering, bringing a strong technical foundation in the design, operation, and optimisation of water supply, treatment, and reticulation systems. His background extends across project and production engineering roles in the marine, petrochemical, and construction industries, giving him broad exposure to complex industrial environments and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Alna provides reliable business and project administration support, ensuring that day-to-day operations and project activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to administration, enabling project teams to focus on delivery while she manages the essential backbone of coordination and control.

Siri has a strong foundation in accounting and business management, complemented by a Master of Climate Change from Victoria University, which equips her with both commercial and technical perspectives on sustainability. Her background allows her to not only quantify carbon emissions accurately but also to align findings with broader business objectives, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

David has 20 years’ technical experience as a business improvement and supply chain expert, providing innovative solutions to help minimise costs and increase project efficiencies. His technical qualifications include engineering and design solutions for large, complex projects from detailed design, board level approval and full implementation.
